Welcome and, on behalf
of Green Bay’s University of Wisconsin, I wish to express my most
sincere appreciation for this opportunity to share proposals that have been
four years in the making. Four years of listening and of being challenged by our community and our region. Listening has been paramount. But, we also have been quietly researching, understanding, building relationships, developing allies, and formulating ideas. Those ideas have been shared, privately, first with System leadership beginning three years ago and then with community and elected leaders. Today, we “go public.” |
