Friends in Georgia think Chancellor Harden is “moving to the North Pole” so they got him an extra warm hat. Green Bay isn’t that far north, but the hat still could come in handy.
Friends in Georgia think Chancellor Harden is “moving to the North Pole” so they got him an extra warm hat. Green Bay isn’t that far north, but the hat still could come in handy. The University’s Staff Council gave Harden a pocket watch. The CSU Retirees Association acquired UW-Green Bay and Clayton State sweatshirts from campus bookstores so the Hardens’ closets are full. The Farewell Committee put together a memory book for Tom and Cathy to remember their time on the Clayton State campus. Special cakes at a farewell gathering represent the Hardens’ years at Clayton State University.

UW-Green Bay Chancellor-designee Thomas K. Harden and his wife, Cathy, said “good-bye” to Clayton State University and Morrow, Ga., in early May. Several farewell gatherings were held in the Hardens’ honor, including one by the city of Morrow, where Chancellor Harden received a key to the city. Here are scenes from a campus farewell.
