Level 4 – Advanced Video Production – Feature Length Program**

Video Production Request Form

What: An actual video production of an entire live event or customized studio program typically shot with multiple cameras and either fully produced live, or extensively edited in post-production.

Lead Time:
21+ days before event/production date depending upon scope of project.

Time required of client:
Moderate to extensive depending upon scope of project. Initially submit video production request form; participate in pre-production planning and complete production agreement form; participate in production and post-production work, as necessary.

Cost:
First hour is free, anything above and beyond that is subject to our rate structure. However, Residence Life Channel 20 is open to considering collaborative programming or cross-promotion opportunities where appropriate. Contact the Station Manager at channel20@uwgb.edu to make a proposal.

**All video production requests are subject to approval by Channel 20 management. Depending upon subject/scope of the production, clients may be referred to TEAM (Telecom, Engineering and Media Services). See video production policy statement.
