Academic Apparel
If you plan to participate in the ceremony (processional and recessional) but do not own academic apparel, The Phoenix Bookstore has apparel available for rent. Chancellor Harden has graciously agreed to provide funding for the rental of academic apparel for faculty and staff.
Faculty gown rental: Please either visit The Phoenix Bookstore to complete the rental reservation form November 14-16 or complete the online rental form (click here) by November 16. Apparel must be reserved by November 16 in order to arrive in time for the ceremony.
Faculty gown pickup: An e-mail will be sent when rental reservations have arrived at The Phoenix Bookstore.
Faculty gown purchase: Faculty members wishing to purchase regalia on their own need to place the order by November 7, 2011. The purchase price for a custom regalia package including doctorate tam, gown, and hood is $549.00. Individual pieces are also available for purchase. Contact The Phoenix Bookstore for pricing.
