Special Needs Seating & Other Arrangements

If you have a disability and are in need of assistance, such as accessible seating, a sign language interpreter and/or large print materials, please contact Jan Snyder at (920) 465-2082 or commencement@uwgb.edu.

Wheelchair accessible seating is available for the ceremony. An usher will seat guests in the designated area upon arrival. The Weidner Center has accessible seating on all levels and there is an elevator. The Kress Center also has accessible seating.

If you are transporting elderly or handicapped guests, please let the security personnel know upon arrival. You will be directed to a drop off point nearest the ceremony location. There are handicapped parking spots available in all campus lots.
