Forming Your Group:

  • Each member identifies and shares 3 weaknesses (skills, competencies, etc.)
  • Coordinate meeting times
  • Exchange member information
  • Each member shares special resources and/or personality profile

  • Click here for a group evaluation form.

Group Expectations:

It is vital to set group expectations and to stand by them.  This will prevent problems from occurring later on because everyone has been informed of their responsibilities to the group up front.

  • All group meetings will have an agenda
  • All group members will attend scheduled meetings
  • All group members will be on time for meetings
  • All group members will come prepared for meetings
  • If, for some reason, a group member can't attend a meeting they will inform another member in advance.
