    • Electronic Media - Electronic Media comprises the study of radio, television, film, and multimedia technology. Students learn about production techniques, the media industry, and audience effects.
    • Journalism - The study of reporting, writing, editing, and publishing. Students learn to write, "dig for stories", and develop an interest in public affairs.
    • Organizational Communication - The study of communication practices and dilemmas within organizations. Student learn speaking, interviewing, facilitating, and persuading skills. They also learn to research, analyze, and resolve critical organizational problems.
    • Public Relations - The study of how organizations present themselves to internal and external audiences. Students learn how to use and integrate various communication modes into a coherent strategy for relating to the public.
