About Computing & Information Technology
Computer and Information Technology (CIT) supports UW-Green Bay students, faculty, and staff in their use of computer technology and the Internet for instruction, research, and administrative services. CIT is comprised of three divisions: User Support Services, Network and Infrastructure Services , and Management Information Systems (MIS). The CIT offices are located in the underground Instructional Services building (IS 1150).
CIT support services include:
- IT help desk,
- Peoplesoft Student Information System,
- Windows and Macintosh desktop development,
- automated technology updates,
- computer replacement planning,
- student computer lab support,
- instructional and classroom technology support,
- campus web site design and maintenance,
- workshops and training,
- hardware repair,
- network infrastructure and server configuration,

- network security and bandwidth management,
