After the new Adobe Reader 8 installs to your workstation, you may want to modify the toolbar and add more of the icons that were incorporated in the Adobe 7 toolbar.
Modifying the Adobe Toolbar:
Select Tools, Customize Toolbars...
Add (check) or delete (uncheck) any icons you prefer. If you use the following as a guide, your toolbar will match the one above.
