Printing in landscape orientation is useful when the web site is wider than a sheet of paper, which is typically also the width of a maximized browser window. If you need to scroll horizontally to see important information, printing in landscape orientation may be beneficial.

The location of this setting within the Print dialog box may vary depending on your computer and printer set up.

Click PREFERENCES

dialog box appears.
Select the Basics tab
From the Orientation section, select
Landscape
OR
Select
Portrait
Click OK
The printing orientation is changed, and you
are returned to the Print dialog box.
Previous versions of Internet Explorer would often print web pages at exact size, which may cause you to use more paper than necessary. To prevent this problem, Internet Explorer 7 has introduced automatic page scaling. When printing a web page, Internet Explorer will automatically shrink the appearance of the page so that it will fit on as few pages as possible.
Open Internet Explorer to the page you would like to print
From the Command toolbar, click the PRINT arrow
» select Print Preview...
The Print Preview window appears.
In the Custom Size text box, type the desired size
To view more pages at once, from the Show multiple pages pull-down list, select the desired number of pages.
