Follow these steps to import campus calendar events into Outlook for Macintosh. You can choose to import academic calendar dates, administrative calender dates, or both.
1. Right click (Ctrl + Click) the following link here: Campus Calendar and choose Save Link As in Firefox or Download Linked File As in Safari.

2. Save the file to Mac HD -> Applications -> Microsoft Office 2011 -> Office.
3. Open a Finder window and navigate to Mac HD -> Applications -> Microsoft Office 2011 -> Office. You will see a file called Holidays. Move that file to the Trash.
4. Double-click on the file Holidays.zip to uncompress a new copy of the Holidays file in the Office Folder.
5. In Outlook, select File -> Import -> Holidays and click the Right Arrow to continue.
5. Select one or both UW - Green Bay Calendars and click the Right Arrow to continue.
6. When you click Finish, your calendar will be updated with the selected events. The events start with the upcoming (Fall-Spring) academic year. Please contact the IT Help Desk if you have any questions or concerns with this documentation or the calendars that you imported. (920 465-2309).
