Outlook - Creating Signatures and Setting a Default Signature


To create signatures and then set a default signature follow these instructions:

  1. From the Outlook main menu, select Outlook, Preferences...

  2. Select Signatures from the E-mail category.

  3. Create & Name one or more signatures. (Note:Use Microsoft Word to create a signature with non-standard font styles and colors.)

  4. To set a Default Signature click on the "Default Signatures..." link and then select the desired signature from the pull-down list.
