There are over 500 Windows PCs and Macintoshes in computer labs at UW - Green Bay with excellent availability for our students. In general, there are two types of student computer labs -- General Access labs (IS 1129 suite and Library 3rd floor) and specialty labs. The Pharos Pay-for-Print accounting system is used for printing in all student labs. In addition, SynchronEyes instructional software can be used by faculty in many labs to view and control student screens.
Students are required to log on to all lab computers using their technology account. Once logged on, they have access to core campus software, numerous instructional applications, their personal network volume (500 MB), course volumes, and network printers.
