Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable represents amounts owed to UW-Green Bay for sales or services provided to non-university organizations or individuals. The University uses QuickBooks software to invoice customers and to maintain accounts receivable records.

Departments that frequently process receivable invoices have access to the QuickBooks system. All other departments should use the AR/Billing Template to invoice customers. Billings to customers for less than $15 will not be processed through the accounts receivable system.
