UWGB Students are not required to show proof of immunization; however, it is recommended that students are immunized according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Your vaccine needs are dependent on the immunizations you have already received, your current health status and other risk factors such as travel or work exposure.
If you do not have a list of immunizations received, you should be able to get that list from your primary care provider or the high school you graduated from. If you received vaccines in the state of Wisconsin, these may be recorded on the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.
Vaccines available at UW-Green Bay Counseling and Health Center include:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Human Papilloma Virus (Gardasil)
- Influenza (Flu)
- Meningococcal Meningitis
- TD (Tetanus and Dipthena)
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
Some vaccines are free while others require a small fee. Please see our fee schedule. Fees are subject to change.
Understanding your vaccination needs can be challenging. The CDC provides answers to some Basic and Common Questions about vaccines.
