UWGB Students are not required to show proof of immunization; however, it is recommended that students are immunized according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Your vaccine needs are dependent on the immunizations you have already received, your current health status and other risk factors such as travel or work exposure.
If you do not have a list of immunizations received, you should be able to get that list from your primary care provider or the high school you graduated from. If you received vaccines in the state of Wisconsin, these may be recorded on the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.
Vaccines that may be available at UW-Green Bay Counseling and Health Center include:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Hepatitis A
- Influenza (Flu)
- TD (Tetanus and Dipthena)
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
- Typhoid (special order)
Cost and availability are subject to change. Some vaccines need to be pre-ordered. Please see our fee schedule.
Understanding your vaccination needs can be challenging. The CDC provides answers to some Basic and Common Questions about vaccines.
