Jim graduated from UW-La Crosse in 1990. Donna graduated from Ball State University in 1991. They both joined the staff of Campus Crusade in 1992. They served at Purdue University for 7 years, and Donna served one year at Michigan State University before they married in 1994. They also served one year in Orlando, FL at the Campus Crusade World Headquarters. In 2000, they moved to Green Bay and for the past 7 years have directed the Catalytic Campus Ministry in Northeast Wisconsin. They have four kids.
