Drug Free Schools & Communities
Act
Alcohol and drug abuse are often perceived to be a common part of college life. UW-Green Bay
takes a number of approaches to prevent or discourage alcohol or drug abuse by our students.
One approach is to provide information early and let students make informed choices about their behavior. This
information is designed to comply with the requirements of the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments
of 1989. If you would like further information, please contact the Dean of Students office (465-2152) or the
