Jill believes being physically active and making healthy food choices takes planning, thought, and time, which can seem overwhelming during the college years. However, habits that are adopted in young adulthood are the ones that often stick with you. College is such an important time to make a commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle in order to ensure a longer, happier, and healthier future. In addition, the short term benefits to reap from eating healthy and exercising include; more energy, a boost in confidence, and an improved mood.
