MENU - CHILACA


This is an action station with a south of the border kick. Begin with an oversized steamed flour tortilla. Add Chilaca beef, chicken or pork then layer on all your southwest favorites like Guacamole, Lettuce, Tomato, Sour Cream and Onion. Our Chilaca server will then professionally roll all of this goodness into a Burrito and top it with cheese and Chilaca Red or Green Sauce upon request. What you will end up with is a great meal with that Southwest appeal. Any Burrito can be served as a Chilaca Salad. What will make your creation sizzle is to add one of Chilaca's signature salsas from the Salsa Bar. The Salsa Bar will feature a variety of four freshly made salsas with flavor profiles ranging from warm and sweet to crazy hot. Traditional Tex-Mex favorites such as Tacos & Taco Salads will also be available at Chilaca.
