NOTE: This is a listing of the books that FULL CIRCLE displays at workshops with educators so that they may see and handle authentic materials by and about Indigenous people. It is only a SAMPLING of books on the market, not an exhaustive list.
In order to be included in the collection, a book must be:
- Written (or originally told) by an Indigenous person who is a recognized member of an Indigenous community or tribe
- Published by an Indigenous press or publishing house
- Favorably evaluated by an Indigenous reviewer.
