Admission as a Candidate
- Admitted to UW Green Bay
- Completion of EDUC 295 with āCā or better (for Freshmen)
- Complete 28 credits (for 10-21 and All Ages, major should be 50% completed)
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above
- Pass all sections of PPST exam
- Complete the application form
- Short interview
*The Admissions Committee has the option of admitting 10% of candidates that do not meet certain criteria
PPST (Pre-professional Skills Test)
- PPST is offered 2 specified times on campus (pencil & paper test)
- Computer generated tests can be taken by appointment at UW-Stevens Point or UW-Oshkosh campuses
Acceptance to Program for Full Admission
- "B" or better in Education 290
- Earn 40 university credits
- Maintain a 3.00 GPA or better
- Receive a positive recommendation from ED 290 instructor and classroom teacher
Application Deadlines
- First Friday in October (for spring semester admission)
- Third Friday in February (for fall semester admission)
