This course is open to educators employed with the Plymouth School District.

Course Description:

Learn how to evaluate your interpersonal skills so that you can effectively communicate and build rapport with students, families, and colleagues. Reflect on your strengths and weaknesses with the mindset that continual growth is the key to creating and maintaining relationships with students, families, and colleagues!

Three books are required for all participants in this class.
You will be contacted with more information about the books following the course registration deadline.

  • Course Number: EDUC 795-2, section 7400 (#0437D)

  • Prerequisite: Graduate Standing (Must have earned a bachelor’s degree); must be employed with the Plymouth School District in order to enroll.

  • Schedule:
    Face to Face Meetings: Mondays, February 12 and 26; March 12; April 2, 16 and 30; May 14, 2018 (4:00–7:30 p.m.).

    Online Meetings: Mondays, February 19; March 5 and 19; Thursday, April 19; Monday, April 23 and Monday, May 7, 2018.
    (The official course start and end dates for fee and grade reporting purposes are February 12 to June 4, 2018.)

  • Teacher Standards # 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10

Payment is due two weeks prior to the class start date.
