Course Description:

Join us and increase your content knowledge of astronomy through engagement in multimedia presentations, a planetarium visit, and experience with curriculum units which present astronomy in unique ways! Although this course is geared towards middle school teachers, many of the activities are appropriate for upper elementary or high school introductory classes. Increase your own confidence in the field of astronomy and learn a number of accessible, cross-curriculum activities which you can use with your own students!
