Important Dates

January-February
  • Complete the FAFSA as soon possible after January 1, but not before.
  • Financial Aid applications will be processed on an on-going basis.
  • If you are enrolling in Summer courses and are in need of financial aid, complete the Summer Financial Aid Request form after registering. You must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits in order to be eligible.
  • Look for information on the Spring Job Fair (hosted by Career Services).

March

  • UW-Green Bay’s priority date is March 15th.  It is recommended (though not required) that you complete your FAFSA application and submit all requested documentation by this date each year.

April and on-going

  • Award notices will be sent to students for Summer and Academic Year beginning in early April .
April-August
  • Complete Entrance Interview and Master Promissory Note if required as well as any other documents requested by the Financial Aid Office.
September
  • Aid released first day of classes.
  • All i nstitutional charges must be paid by 7 days after the start of each term .
