Employment is available to you if you are carrying at least one credit per semester. If you have not been awarded
Federal Work Study, you may search PRO for jobs labeled “On Campus Non-Work Study”. These jobs are located on-campus
and funded by the hiring department. As these jobs may be limited in number, it is important to secure a job as soon
as possible. The best selection of on-campus jobs is approximately July 1 through September 15. Jobs are posted by
request of individual departments.
You are instructed to complete a "Profile" on your initial visit to the PRO system. Answering "Yes" to the questions,
"Employer Can See Resume" under Additional Information, and "Are You Currently Seeking a Job On-campus while
Attending UW-Green Bay?" under Miscellaneous Information, will allow your resume to be placed in a virtual Resume
Book that on-campus employers can view. Make sure to indicate in the “Objective” section of your resume that you are
interested in obtaining a job on-campus.
Jobs on campus can be found in many departments. They can last for one semester or for multiple years depending upon
students continued eligibility for Work-Study and/or the department's budget.
Examples of On-Campus Student jobs are:
- Clerical/Administrative
- Library

or by submitting timesheets (Word), and

Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle (Word). Payroll
is directly deposited into the student’s checking or savings account. (Direct deposit is not mandatory for Work
Study students but it is encouraged.) Pay is not credited to the student’s tuition or expenses.
