When may I pick up my financial aid?
Financial aid is disbursed at the beginning of each semester. Aid will be awarded and disbursed throughout the
semester, as applications are completed.
Financial aid will be applied to your tuition, fees, housing and other charges on your account first. Any financial aid remaining will be disbursed to the student by the Bursar's
Office.
What are the Student Billing and Bursar Offices?
The Bursar’s and Student Billing Office serve different functions, but both will help you in ensuring
payment of your tuition, fees and other expenses here at the university.
BURSAR - handles all payments and tuition billing for the term. If you are looking to pay off your balance,
pick up a refund check or pay for parking, this is the place you will go. You will also go here to pick up
any student payroll checks.
STUDENT BILLING - This office helps students in making arrangements for payment of their tuition and fees.
If any of your financial aid will be late or delayed (including scholarships or other outside aid), you will
want to stop in to find out what your options are.
How do I pay for my books?
Books can be purchased with cash, check, credit card or your pass point account. You also have the option to charge your book purchases to your SIS account using your UWGB ID card. Questions? Contact the Phoenix Bookstore or Bursar's Office.
Is there a payment plan?
YES! Information on the Partial Payment Plan can be obtained from Student Billing located at the Bursar's
Office.
