STUDENT BORROWERS, PLEASE READ. If you are accepting Federal Direct Loans for the 2011-2012 academic year, and have not borrowed previously, you MUST complete the following steps.

STEP I. Federal Direct Loan Entrance Counseling (must use Internet Explorer or Firefox)

This interactive counseling session provides useful tips and tools to help you develop a budget for managing your educational expenses and helps you to understand your Direct Loan responsibilities. The session will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

STEP II. Federal Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (must use Internet Explorer or Firefox)

This loan document must be submitted in order to receive funds from this program. Once a disbursement is made this Master Promissory Note is valid for 10 years.

STEP I.

Perkins Loan Master Promissory Note/Entrance Counseling

If you have been awarded a Federal Perkins Loan and are receiving a Perkins Loan for the first time at UW-Green Bay, you'll need to complete this step. The Perkins Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note are combined into a one step process.
