Phuture Phoenix Scholarship

Overview
This $1,000 scholarship (payable in equal installments of $500 per semester) has been established by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Phuture Phoenix program. The award reflects and supports the mission of Phuture Phoenix to inspire students to pursue a degree in higher education. Students will be asked to submit an essay with this application. The scholarship is made possible by many generous donors to the Phuture Phoenix program.

Qualifications:
  1. Must have participated in the Phuture Phoenix program—either the 5th grade field trip day or tutoring\mentoring in targeted schools.
  2. Proof of admittance to UW-Green Bay.
  3. Demonstrated financial need. (FAFSA must be turned in to UW-Green Bay’s financial aid office)

Notification:
Recipients will be notified in mid-May, and will be expected to send a thank you note to the donor of their scholarship.
