Amy Wolf 2014 Recipient of the Faculty Award for Excellence in ScholarshipAssociate Professor, Natural and Applied Sciences

Amy Wolf is a highly regarded biologist whose research includes engagement of undergraduate and graduate students in nearly every project. She has studied topics such as plant-animal interactions, native bee populations, and forest dynamics in Northern Wisconsin. She has an extensive record of publications and presentations, and has mentored numerous students who have earned acclaim in their own research fields as alumni.

Her work has won support from such prestigious institutions as the National Science Foundation, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, the Smithsonian, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Wolf received both her bachelor's and master's degrees at UW-Green Bay, in Biology and Environmental Science and Policy, respectively.
