Bob and Jolyce Rupp Annual Scholarship

Bob Rupp, Jr., a 1978 UWGB alumnus, and is currently CEO of MCL Industries, a full-service electrical and mechanical design manufacturer located in Pulaski, Wis. Prior to joining MCL, Bob was President and co-founder of The Renewal Group, helping owners and their management teams create an environment of stability and profitability in advance of planned transitions. He also previously led Appleton International, Inc. as their CEO and senior partner until their successful sale in 2004. Prior to joining Appleton, he had been President of American Finishing Resources. This followed a successful 19 year sales and marketing career with the very innovative Shade Information Systems, an organization well known for its growth from a small Midwestern entrepreneurial company to a national office products industry leader. Bob resides in Denmark, WI with his wife Jolyce, and they have two grown children. Bob has been actively involved with serving his alma mater, including ten years of service on the Chancellor’s Council of Trustees from 2001-2010 and six years of service as a board member of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation from 2008 until 2013. Bob and Jolyce are also actively engaged in a variety of community organizations as a couple as well.
