Internships
The French program offers a number of professional practicums in the community and abroad.  Language students have the opportunity of interning as language teachers (see above), work on marketing projects or in local or other firms.  Contact Professor  E. Nicole Meyer for further information, meyern@uwgb.edu

Language Club (Le Cercle Français)
The French Club sponsors the table française, the French concerts, film nights, attendance of French cultural plays, activities, etc., and gives students the opportunity to know other people who share similar interests.  Activities often include crêpe parties, visits to community grades schools, high schools and businesses dealing with French and French/Canadian culture.  It provides a wonderful opportunity to learn leadership skills through serving as an officer.  Contact Crystal Salas (salascr26@uwgb.edu) for further information.
