Cancel Enrollment

A cancellation occurs BEFORE the start of the semester and it means you are not attending UW-Green Bay for the upcoming term. The cancellation process is slightly different for new freshman and new transfer students than it is for current students. Those steps are outlined below.

New Students

(Freshman/Transfers): What you need to know before you cancel:

If You Had Financial Aid

  1. The Financial Aid office will be notified and your aid will be cancelled for the year.
  2. Financial aid does not transfer. If you wish to be awarded Financial Aid at another college you must add that college’s school code to your FAFSA.
