Our Mission

The Gerontology Center brings together faculty and students from across disciplines and diverse backgrounds for the purpose of promoting education, training, research, and career development in the areas of adult development and aging. This focus is consistent with the interdisciplinary mission of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. The Gerontology Center includes faculty from the areas of Business, Human Biology, Human Development, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, and other disciplines, as well as professionals and interested individuals from the broader community. Our common goal is to promote education and knowledge of continuing adult development and aging processes.
