UW-Green Bay's secure Online Giving is administered by the University of Wisconsin Foundation, one of America's largest and most respected foundations. UW Foundation ensures the highest level of security and customer service.

Online donation assets are pooled and managed until disbursements are made for the benefit of UW-Green Bay and its students.

How to Give Online

You can make a gift online via a direct connection to the UW Foundation secure server.

Steps to Online Giving

1. Go to the UW Foundation site

   Browse to the secure UW Foundation site to make a gift to the UW-Green Bay annual fund.

2. Gift Designation

   1. Enter the amount you would like to donate
   2. Direct your gift to the appropriate campaign
      
      1. Designate your gift by typing or copying and pasting one of the two choices below and adding it to the green text in the form's second field:
         • Alumni campaign
         • Community campaign
      2. If you intend to donate to a specific fund, please enter the name of the fund after the appropriate campaign. Refer to our complete list of available funds.
      3. If you are a faculty or staff member, please visit the Faculty & Staff Campaign page to make your donation.
   3. Memorial Gifts (optional)
      Occasionally, those making especially large or otherwise notable annual gifts will request that their contributions and honorees be acknowledged as a memorial gift. Most annual-fund donors will leave this field blank.
   4. Type of Gift
      Select either "Personal Gift" or "Corporate Gift."

3. Personal Information

   You will be prompted to enter your name, spouse information, address, and contact information.

4. Payment Information

   You will be prompted to enter your credit card information.
   UW foundation accepts:
   Matching Gifts
   You will have the opportunity to enter a matching gift. If you check "Yes" you will be prompted to enter your company's name and select the procedures to follow.
   

5. Review & Submit

   You will be given an opportunity to review the information you have entered for accuracy. Click the "Edit" button to revise your entry. When you are sure the information is accurate, click "Submit."

Tax Receipt & Acknowledgement

After completing and submitting your online donation, you will receive your official tax receipt from the University of Wisconsin Foundation. You will also receive written acknowledgement from UW-Green Bay. An annual gift makes you a member of the Founders Association philanthropic support group for the fiscal year that your gift has been received.

Other Ways to Give

Donors who prefer other methods for payment can request a gift form from Office of Development at 920.465.2074. Return this form to the University Advancement Office CL 820, UW-Green Bay, 2420 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311-7001.
