Instructions for Selecting Class Electives for

2017 Clerks and Treasurers Institute

Please follow these Instructions:


​STEP 1: Click on the Clerks and Treasurers Institute 2017 Class Electives link at the bottom of the email.

Login if necessary. 
Enter your Email and Password.
Click on Sign In (blue button).
 

 

This should redirect you to your Current Orders in the 2017 Clerks and Treasures Institute.

If you see the following screen, click on VIEW MY REGISTRATIONS (upper right).
(Do NOT click on Next.)

 


 

STEP 2: Click on the EDIT link on the right.

This should direct you to the Order Details screen.

STEP 3 - Order Details: Click EDIT (the blue button below Registrant’s name).

This should take you to the Registrant’s Information screen.

STEP 4 – Registrant’s Information:

Please verify that all the Registrant’s information (Name, Email, Address, Phone, Accommodations) is correct.
Enter any corrections.

Enter any Dietary Needs or Other Accommodations at the bottom.

Click on NEXT (blue button at the bottom of this screen).

STEP 5 – Registrant Type:

(Your track should be pre-set, you will not need to make any changes on this page.)
Click the NEXT (blue button at the bottom of this screen).


This should take you to the Banquet Options, Conference Outing, Guests Options, Courses screen.

 

STEP 6 - Banquet Options, Conference Outing, Guests Options, Courses screen

Click if you would like to attend the Graduation Banquet.
Click if you would like to attend the Social Outing.              
Enter the Number of Guests for the Guests Lunches, Social Outing, and the Banquet.

Click to select each of your courses.
Mandatory Courses - will have only one option.
Class Electives - Choose one course from each Elective group.

Click on NEXT (blue button at the bottom of this screen).

This will take you to the Order Details Screen.

 

STEP 7 - Order Details

If you have not selected options that require additional payment,
              Click to agree to the terms and conditions.
              Click on SUBMIT (blue button at the bottom of the screen) to confirm your selections and updates.

If you have selected options that require additional payment, you will see the Order Total and Payment Option.​
              Click on I WILL PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD.
              Click to read the terms and conditions.
              Click to agree to the terms and conditions.
              Click on CHECKOUT (blue button at the bottom of this screen) to confirm your updates.
              This will take you to the payment portal to pay with a Credit Card.

Thank you. This completes your updates to your registration.
