Includes five days of educational sessions equivalent to 34 hours of instruction, materials, breaks, lunches, Wednesday Outing transportation, and Thursday Graduation Banquet.

Cancellations and Refunds:

There is a $35 processing fee for each registration.

On or before June 9, 2017: a full refund, minus the $35 processing fee will be made.
Between June 9 and June 19, 2017: a partial refund, minus the $35 processing fee plus a $75 cancellation fee will be made. 
After June 19, 2017: No refunds will be made.

Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

It is impossible for the Institute to refund 100% of the registration fee. It is important to note that the Institute incurs numerous contractual obligations long before the event, and is financially committed to expenditures that may not be refundable to the Institute.

If written notice is received by Friday June 9, 2017 a full refund minus the $35 processing fee will be issued.

If written notice is received between Friday June 9 and Monday June 19, 2017 a partial refund minus the $35 processing fee plus a $75 cancellation fee will be issued.

Cancellations received or postmarked after Monday June 19, 2017 are nonrefundable.
Registrants who do not attend the conference and did not cancel by the above deadline forfeit all registration fees paid. Regretfully, no considerations will be made after this date.

The Institute will process any refund due within 30 days after the end of the Institute.



The Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Association (WMCA) and the Municipal Treasurers Association of Wisconsin (MTAW) offer full and partial scholarships. The scholarship applications are available on their respective websites in January. Scholarships range from $100 to all expenses paid including lodging and tuition. The applications are easy to fill out and well worth the effort. Last year 37 attendees received scholarships totaling over $16,000.
