Graduate Application
To apply to a Master's Program you may use our online Master's Application Form. You should use this application only if you are pursuing a master's degree in Management, Environmental Science and Policy, or Applied Leadership in Teaching and Learning. To apply to the Social Work program please follow the instructions on the MSW program website.
Non-Degree Admission
To apply as a Graduate Special use this online Special Student Application. The special student classification is reserved for those students who want to take courses for credit but are not currently working toward a degree at UW-Green Bay.
Letters of Evaluation
An additional requirement for your application is three (3) Letters of Evaluation. Print THREE copies of this form. The completed forms should be mailed to our Graduate Studies Office at the address indicated on the form.

Application for Graduate Assistantship
New Research Assistantship Opportunity:
Two Graduate Research Assistantship positions are available for these areas each on a competitive basis for students enrolled in the Environmental Science and Policy program. These positions are for the 2011-12 academic year. The first review of applications will be March 15th but applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. Graduate Assistantships in Biodiversity Research
Teaching Assistantship Opportunity:
A limited number of graduate assistantships in the Environmental Science and Policy program are available annually on a competitive basis. Students who receive assistantships are normally expected to devote 20 hours a week to perform assigned duties as a laboratory assistant, discussion leader, research assistant, or administrative assistant. Position descriptions are available in our office. Submit the Application for Graduate Assistantship by March 15th but applications will be accepted until the positions are filled.
