Graduate Application

To apply to a Master's Program, please use our online Master's Application Form. Currently, we only accept online applications. To complete an online application, select the link above, register as a new user, and follow the provided instructions.

Non-Degree Admission

To apply as a Graduate Special use this online Special Student Application. The special student classification is reserved for those students who want to take courses for credit but are not currently working toward a degree at UW-Green Bay.

Discontinued Graduate Student Re-Admission

If you are a discontinued UW Green Bay graduate student and have not taken a class for one to three semesters, you can quickly start the process of readmission by clicking on the link below. If you have been away from the University for four or more semesters and want to come back, you need to file a new complete application. Discontinued Student Re-Admit Form.

Letters of Evaluation

An additional requirement for your application is the Letters of Evaluation. Each program has their own Letter of Evaluation form (available below). Applicants must fill out the first two sections of the form, save, and send to each evaluator. Each evaluator must fill out the remaining sections and send directly to the Office of Graduate Studies email gradstu@uwgb.edu or mail to:
