Critique of Working Group draft reports      

The draft narratives of each criterion and special issues will be reviewed by at least one Working Group; the chair(s) will share comments/suggestions with the Steering Committee.

Nov. 6, 2006

Prepare second draft of Working Group Reports                                       

Revisions made by Working Group chairs based on critiques received from other Working Groups.

Dec. 1, 2006

Identify sections of reports that still need to be developed                        

Steering Committee meets and reviews all second draft Working Group reports to identify any sections that need to be developed

Dec. 4, 2006

Overall strengths and areas in need of attention identified                         

Steering Committee identifies institutional strengths and areas in need of attention based on the Self-Study

Jan. 8, 2007

Prepare draft of entire Self-Study Report                                                

Steering Committee Chair prepares complete first draft of  Self-Study Report

Feb. 23, 2007

Draft Self-Study Report reviewed by institutional constituency groups

The groups will include: University Committee; Academic Staff Committee; Classified Staff Committee; Budgetary Unit Chairs; Leadership Team; representative Community Group, Student Government Association

  April 6, 2007

Steering Committee Chair and Editor prepare final document                     

Built into this process will be one last opportunity for Steering Committee and University Officers to make suggestions for revisions.

August 3, 2007

Prepare and duplicate final Self-Study Report                                          

Copies duplicated and assembled.

 Aug. 17, 2007
