Room Assignment Notification
In July, students moving-in for the Fall semester will receive instructions via campus email on how to view their Room Assignment through the Express Check-In process. Students moving-in for the Spring semester will receive instructions via campus email on how to view their Room Assignment two weeks before classes begin.
During the Express Check-In process, students will receive information on which building, room or apartment they have been assigned to, their roommate(s) and contact information, on-campus mailing address, move-in dates and when/where to check in.
Contact housing with any questions at 920-465-2040.
Roommate Assignments
If your roommate is approved to move out of your room or apartment for any reason during the academic year, it is likely that you will be assigned a new roommate and should prepare accordingly. The vacant space should be clean, clear of personal belongings and welcoming to a new resident. Shared areas such as kitchens, living rooms and bathrooms should also be clean and free of clutter.
You will be notified via campus email of your new roommate's arrival. You can follow the link provided in the email, or click here and log-in with your campus username and password to view your new roommate's contact information. Once logged in, click "Your Room/Apartment" and then "Rooms/Roommates".
On the next screen, click the number underneath "Roommates" to view the list of your roommates, which bedroom space they are assigned to (if assigned to the apartments) and their campus email addresses.
