Address information is provided in the room assignment information during the Express Check-In process. Contact 920-465-2040 if you cannot find or remember your campus box or address. Campus box numbers are the same the entire time students live on campus, but building street addresses may change. Please contact students for their address. We are unable to release this information.
How Do I Get My Mail?
Students living on campus are assigned a mailbox which is located in the Community Center student mailroom. Students who receive packages that are too large for their mailbox will receive a package notification slip. Bring this slip and student ID to the mailroom for pick up. Perishable deliveries (flowers, fruit baskets, etc.) can be picked up at the Community Center front desk during open hours and students will be notified via email of their arrival.
If mail sent is short on postage, students receive a postage due form and need to pay the specified amount.
Mailbox Combinations
Combination information is provided in the room assignment information during the Express Check-In process. Stop by the student mailroom or Community Center front desk if you cannot find or remember your mailbox combination, or you can check it online by logging in here and clicking "Campus Box/Guests" and then "Campus Box Assignment".
Opening the mailbox:
- Turn dial to the left four turns and stop at the first number.
- Turn dial to the right, passing first number one time and stop at the second number.
- Turn dial to the left and stop at the third number.
- Turn dial to the right to open mailbox lock.
Mailroom Hours
During the Academic Year, the mailroom is staffed from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m Monday-Friday, and 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Thursday. At this time, packages can be picked up and mail-related problems can be reported. Students can access their mailbox any time the Community Center is open. In Summer, the mailroom is staffed from 10 a.m-noon Monday-Friday and 6 p.m.-7 p.m. Monday and Wednesday. During breaks, the mailroom is staffed from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Friday, except on Legal Holidays.

Mail Delivery/pick-up
Incoming mail is delivered and outgoing mail is picked-up at the student mailroom at 11 a.m. Monday-Friday. Incoming mail is typically in the student mailboxes by 1 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Where Can I Send Outgoing Mail Or Buy Stamps?
Mail, including packages being sent, can be dropped off at the University Union Ticketing and Information Desk, the Community Center, and Laboratory Sciences. The University Union Ticketing and Information Center sells stamps.
Forwarding Mail
At the end of the school year, first class mail is automatically forwarded to the permanent address listed in SIS. If a student checks out of housing during the academic year, first class mail will be forwarded to the permanent address listed in SIS for three months following their departure. Magazines and newspapers will not be forwarded. It is your responsibility to update the company of your address change.
Mass Mailings To Student Mailboxes
Only University or Residence Life activities may be advertised in mass mailings to student mailboxes. All mailings must clearly indicate that they are sponsored by a student organization or campus office and must be approved by the Office of Residence Life. Members of the student organization or campus office will need to stuff the mailboxes themselves during an appointed time set up through the Office of Residence Life.
