As an integral part of an institution of higher learning, Residence Life
takes its role in a University seriously. Not only do we strive to
promote community and leadership development but also academic success.
Our vision statement clearly states that Residence Life is here “as an
extension of UW Green Bay’s mission to educate, and to contribute to the
recruitment, development, satisfaction, retention, and graduation of
students”.
It is with that vision in mind that RAs and ACs strive
to provide basic, complementary programs on topics such as selecting a
major/career, study skills, graduate schools, communication skills,
diversity issues, etc. All of these out-of-the classroom opportunities
help enhance your academic experience and support you in your journey
toward graduation.
