A. Carefully read the terms and conditions of the
Overnight Guest and Visitors Policy
By logging in and submitting the guest registration, you are indicating that you have read the
Overnight Guest and Visitors Policy and
understand and agree to all its terms and conditions.
B.
Log-in and FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
Your USERNAME is your UWGB Network Username (the
same you use for email and network access).
Your PASSWORD is your UWGB Network Password
(initially your 9-digit Campus ID)
If you have any problems with logging in, click on the "Student
Password Reset" link to change your password.
Click on "CONTINUE"
C. Click on
Profile / Guests, then click on "Register a Guest"
D. Click on
the "New" link to register a new guest
ENTER YOUR GUEST'S INFORMATION The name, start
date, and the duration of stay are critical pieces of information so
make sure you enter everything accurately or your guest won't be
registered correctly and therefore would not show up on the guest
list for those nights.
Click on "CONTINUE"
E. Verify
- (Critical Step)
Review the information
on the "Other Occupants" screenClick on
"CONTINUE" to submit the information and to register the guest.
(Note: This is the last step. Clicking "CONTINUE" submits
your online guest registration and is absolutely necessary.)
You should get a confirmation screen notifying you that your new
guest has been saved. If you do not get the confirmation
screen, you have not been successful so you should back up to step
"C" and try again or contact our office for assistance.
