Future Incoming Freshmen / Transfer Students:

Username:

The username is your UW-Green Bay network account username that was provided to you in the Admission's letter and is also used for Outlook Web Access (email), Student Information System, campus computers, and more.

It should be entered in all lowercase.

Password:

The initial password is the first letter of the student’s last name (capitalized), followed by the # sign, followed by the 9-digit Campus ID number. Example: J#123456789 (Note: For all accounts that were created prior to Sept. 15, 2007, the initial password was set as the 9-digit Campus ID number only.) If you have changed your password and have since forgotten it, see Forgotten Password below.

Returning UW-Green Bay Students:
Username:	The username is your UW-Green Bay network account username that you use for Outlook Web Access, Student Information System, Desire2Learn, campus computers, and Library resources. It should be entered in all lowercase.

Password:	The password is the same account password that you use to sign into Outlook Web Access, Student Information System, Desire2Learn, etc. The password is case sensitive. The initial password is the first letter of the student’s last name (capitalized), followed by the # sign, followed by the 9-digit Campus ID number. Example: J#123456789 (Note: For all accounts that were created prior to Sept. 15, 2007, the initial password was set as the 9-digit Campus ID number only.) Forgotten Password?
Use the Online Password Reset web page. To successfully change their password, students must provide their 9-digit Campus ID number (the last nine digits on Passport ID cards), the last four digits of their Social Security number, and their birth date. Students on campus can also approach the General Access lab consultants and present a picture ID to have their passwords reset. Students who are having difficulty changing their password should call the IT Help Desk at (920) 465-2309 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
