Towel bars falling off or have already fallen off. Closet doors don't slide correctly or won't slide. Closet rod end support broken. Sink drain pop up doesn't work right. Chair arms loose or other chair problems. Bathroom fans don't work. Showerhead water pressure inadequate. Heating dampers do not work correctly. Slow running drains. (Not drains that are blocked completely) Garbage disposals don't work. Sticky dresser/desk drawers. Window problems* Furniture repairs Range/ Oven problems. More Serious Problems Reported via Maintenance Card Clogged toilets or drains. Leaking pipes that leak more than what can be collected in a bucket. Windows that can not be closed in freezing weather. Lock problems or door will not lock. Refrigerator not working. No heat in room or apartment. *Most repairs do not require a charge to the resident unless negligence is involved.
