Apartment Style Residence Halls
— John Robishaw Hall

John Robishaw Hall and Donald F. Harden Hall, two of the three newest apartment-style buildings on the
campus, were designed style with upperclassmen in mind. Unlike the traditional on-campus apartment
buildings, a snack bar with stools replaces the kitchen table and chairs with most apartments having
double sink vanities separate from the shower and toilet and a spacious kitchen and living room area.
These halls consist of twenty-one 4-bedroom apartments, two 5-bedroom, three 3-bedroom, and five 2-bedroom
apartments for a total capacity of 113 students. Each student has their own 9' X 11' bedroom and their own
phone number. All the rooms are accessed by the resident swiping their University ID card (GB Passport)
through a reader on the outside of their room. Movable wardrobes in each bedroom and modular bedroom furniture
that can be adjusted for height make the room arrangements more versatile. All of the rooms are handicap
accessible, each floor has a sorting area for recyclables, and the buildings have four washers and dryers and
a public bathroom on the first floor.
