More Information

The majority of students living in the on-campus apartments are upperclassmen. It is typical for students to move to the apartments after about one or two years of living in the residence halls because it gives them a little more independence. Students in the apartments are not required to buy into a meal plan and are able to cook their own meals.

Because the students in the apartments are mostly upperclassmen preparing to graduate, they have special needs that Residence Life tries to address. Most of the events and activities in the apartments focuses on providing life skills that will be useful in the future. Everything in the set up of the apartments is designed to prepare students for when they will be living on their own.

These apartments were purchased in 1980. They were the first housing on the UW-Green Bay campus. Most apartments have two bedrooms and are intended for four students. There are a limited number of one-bedroom units and efficiencies. Apartments have compact kitchens with stoves, sinks, disposals, refrigerators, cupboards, table and chairs. Each bedroom has single beds, dressers, desks, and chairs. There is a double closet. Bathrooms have showers and double sinks. Drapes and carpeting are provided.
