Advance Deposit
A $225.00 advance payment deposit is required at the time the Residence Life contract is submitted.

Refund Policy
For new students, a refund of the advanced deposit is authorized providing written notice of cancellation is received by May 1. Other refund specifics are detailed in the contract terms.

Cleaning, Damage, and Replacement Charges
For a detailed listing of charges you may encounter when moving out, please visit our Charges section. You will also find an online Damage Appeal Form.

Rates
Include all utilities, local telephone service, cable television, and high speed internet access.

Contract Term
Your housing contract is for the entire academic year; although half of the rate may be paid at the start of the fall semester and half at the start of the spring semester.

Summer Housing
There is an additional charge for students residing on campus over the summer. Students in need of on-campus housing over the summer should contact the Office of Residence Life.

The summer deposit for on-campus housing is $225, which you do not have to pay if you have a signed contract and a $225 deposit on file for the upcoming 2007-08 academic year.
