Room Change

Considering a Semester Room Change?

The Spring Semester Room Change Event will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Community Center MultiPurpose Room. Watch your campus email for details.

Important Dates:

  • Monday, November 6: Online Room Reservation process opens.
  • Sunday, November 12th: at 11:59 p.m. online Room Reservation process closes.
  • Monday, November 13th: Room Reservation requests have been reviewed and students will be notified regarding the status of their room reservation.
  • Wednesday, November 15th: Students with an approved room reservation will begin selecting rooms at 5pm.
  • Wednesday, November 15th: Room Reservations that are unclaimed will be released at 6pm.
  • Wednesday, November 15th: General Room Change Selection will be available from 6pm - 8pm.
  • Wednesday, January 10th: Move date for approved room changes. Check in will be from 9am - 4pm.
  • Monday, February 5th: Spring Room Change appointments will open for students who did not select room changes during the semester room change process.  To schedule an appointment with your Area Coordinator, call (920) 465-2040 or stop by the Community Center/Office of Residence Life.

Please review the Frequently Asked Questions to learn more about the semester room change process.  To reserve a space in housing that you know will be vacated at the end of hte semster, complete the Room Reservation Request Spring 2018.

It is important to have several options in mind for a potential room change.  All priority numbers are issued on a first come, first served basis.  Room changes for specific spaces, room types, and potential roommates are subject to availability.
