Step 1: Applying for Housing On-line: See
step-by-step instructions
- Advance Deposit: During the initial application process, no deposit is
needed. A $225 advance housing deposit is required with a returned contract
for those that do not currently have a deposit in their account. Please
know that your deposit may be non-refundable. Please see housing
contract (PDF) for further details.
- Special Assistance and Questions: If you are unable to apply on-line
or require assistance, please contact the Office of Residence Life during
regular business hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday) at (920)
465-2040, or apply via the application card included with your admission materials.
Step 2: Return Housing Contract
- Housing Contracts Sent: Pending availability, Housing Contracts will
be sent to your permanent address within fourteen days after you apply. If
you do not receive a contract within fourteen days, please contact the Office
of Residence Life during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday
through Friday) at (920) 465-2040 to check the status of your application.
- Return Contract: Your contract must be returned with deposit by the
deadline indicated on the contract or your housing application may be cancelled.
Step 3: Confirmation of Your Housing Assignment
- In April, you will receive a letter containing your room or apartment
assignment, roommate names, the telephone number of your room or apartment,
and your on-campus mailing address.

If you decide to cancel during any stage of this process you must
notify the Office of Residence Life as soon as possible to reduce the risk
